PlayerUm launches new online event platform for companies

In June this year, the agency was hired by Grupo Globo to develop, in a pioneering way, a 100% digital platform for Environment Week. The initiative was a success among employees, with more than 3 thousand views, counting more than 1,300 unique users over the five days. In previous years, the Environment Week was held in person format, with workshops, lectures and actions at Globo offices. But with the pandemic, the landscape and demands have changed. The solution for this edition was to do it in a totally online and interactive environment. “Even with all the challenges brought by Covid, where most of our employees are in their home office, Globo could not fail to reaffirm its commitment to the promotion and consolidation of environmental culture among its employees. The Environment Week, which is part of the company's official calendar, was then rethought in an innovative way so that it could transmit, in a fun and interactive way, quality and educational content, which aims to encourage good practices in Sustainability, as well as how to give visibility to the initiatives promoted by the company ”, reinforces Mauricio Gonzalez, Director of Globo's Shared Services Center. In 9 years in the market, PlayerUm served more than 100 clients and delivered more than 200 projects to large corporations such as Nestlé, Danone, L'Óreal, Uber, L'Occitane, Ipiranga, Futura´s channel, Globo´s Group of Communications, SporTV, MRV, among others. An estimate of 500 thousand professionals impacted, in five different countries, by the agency's solutions. In 2020, on the first three months of the year, PlayerUm had an increase of 236% in demand for online and interactive solutions. In the pandemic, the search for large corporations for agency solutions has practically tripled, which proves the urgency for the implementation of digital solutions.
